How long does it take to order products in?

We have a range of products in stock that you can take home today. If you choose a product that needs to be ordered in, we'll provide you with an ETA.

Do I need to book an appointment to come in?

No, we are here to help anytime. However, If you have a large project and will need the help of one of our design consultants we recommend you make an appointment to ensure we give you the attention you deserve when you arrive. Please make an appointment here.

What is your return policy?

We source products from the best manufacturers around the world and we stand behind everything we sell. If you purchase a product that is defective, we will make it right by replacing it or refunding your money. If it is not defective and a regularly stocked item we will refund your money with a restocking charge. If we have ordered in a product especially for you however, we aren't able to accept returns.

Will my product meet the building code?

Our Design Consultants can help you select products that meet any specification.
